Western blot analysis of FAMAB-0226-CN was performed by loading recombinant Plasmodium falciparum Pfs25 Antigen (His tag) onto a 15% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to an NC membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with FAMAB-0226-CN and HRP goat anti-mouse IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
Lane 1: Reduced antigen (0.5 μg)
Lane 2: Reduced antigen (1.0 μg)
Lane 3: Reduced antigen (1.5 μg)

Dot Blot analysis of FAMAB-0226-CN was performed by coating with Recombinant Plasmodium falciparum Pfs25 Antigen (His tag).
Dot 1: 0.5 μg
Dot 2: 1.0 μg
Dot 3: 1.5 μg

ELISA analysis of FAMAB-0226-CN was performed by coating with recombinant Plasmodium falciparum Pfs25 Antigen (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with FAMAB-0226-CN. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as a secondary antibody.
Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
